Food & Beverage Manager

Governor’s Lodge is seeking an experienced, hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead teams across Bailey’s Restaurant, Boatshed, Lounge Bar and Moffy’s Pizza & Pasta, together with off-site dining operations three days a week. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee daily food and beverage operations, deliver welcoming and professional service, and develop a confident, capable team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations across multiple venues
• Deliver welcoming and professional service
• Develop a confident, capable team
• Work closely with kitchen teams to coordinate service across venues
• Manage rosters and labour costs
• Strengthen stock control
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and enhance the guest experience
• Lead by example and communicate clearly
• Be actively involved in service

• Experience managing multiple hospitality outlets
• Strong organisational skills
• Practical approach to team development
• Hands-on leadership style
